System Administrator
Network and system administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of these networks. They organize, install, and support an organization’s computer systems, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems.
Technical Support
Technical Support is a position hired by a company to oversee and maintain their computer hardware and software systems. Their skills are an asset to the company, as they assist in resolving technical issues concerning customer’s accounts or company software infrastructure.
